Well, in the fall of 2005 I had a crash. Hard drive failed, I couldn't boot - but I had a backup. When I booted the backup hard drive I saw that the majority of my files on my primary drive were corrupt.... so I reformatted the disk. Now normally I'd hate to have to reformat a hard drive but I wasn't too worried because I had a backup hard drive with everything I need on it, and I have a few dvds with the important stuff saved somewhere.
But in the middle of burning a dvd of my most dear files for safety backup number three - my pc sparked and smoked - and hard drive one and two fried. DVDs that I'd just burnt were only good for coasters. But in the process of 3 moves, somewhere in some box I hope there is a dvd with these files - maybe its still in storage in San Francisco, maybe I have it in a box here with me - but I can't seem to find it.
anyways - the point of the story is .... I was working on a short film... that will now most likely never be finished. I'm posting what I do have here. The film never got to the animation stage - mostly just blocking, some shots are still in layout... and there was a tighter edit, but this is the latest and greatest version that I have.
